We carry out all our processes in a systematic way in order to increase the stock of knowledge, including knowledge of staffs, customers and society and the use of this stock of knowledge to devise new applications in E- waste management. We carry out regular reviews of our processes/ activities and assess the implications of the R&D for various practices and recycling methods and also to identify the requirement for any follow-on R&D
